Equal Access Psychiatry was founded on the belief that quality mental health care should be accessible, respectful, and centered around the unique needs of each individual. Our team of experienced mental health professionals is dedicated to providing thoughtful psychiatric care in an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
We recognize that every person’s mental health journey is different. Our clinicians take a collaborative and individualized approach to care, combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion. Pinkie Fitts, PMHNP-BC, MSN, RN
NP Pinkie Fitts brings over three decades of nursing experience and has practiced as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for more than 10 years. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise and compassion in serving a wide range of populations, always addressing each individual's unique mental health needs with care and professionalism while adhering to all State and Federal guidelines.
Her clinical focus encompasses a comprehensive spectrum of communities, including survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, underserved and underrepresented groups, individuals involved in the justice system, people living in rural areas, chronically ill patients, cancer survivors, women, men, parents, and caregivers. As a Medicaid-only provider, NP Pinkie Fitts is committed to delivering ethical and professional care to those most in need of her expertise.
